AlfaClock announces the date, time, or both, at specified intervals.
The Interval setting allows you to specify the frequency of time announcements.
Use the Snooze feature to specify a time period for which to suspend time announcements. This is especially useful if you keep your computer on all night.
You can customize the time announcement by changing the What to Say settings.
You can choose one of three types of date announcements: long date (e.g., Wednesday, October 24, 2001), medium date (e.g., October 24, 2001), or short date (e.g., October 24).
You can choose one of four types of time announcements: 12-hour format, 24-hour format, or military format.
